- Returns/Exchanges: Items once purchased can only be exchanged or returned for Store Credit within 14 days of the purchase date where the below mentioned terms and conditions will apply:
- Item must be accompanied by the proof of purchase (Receipt)
- Item must be in its original condition and packaging (for gaming software and earphones this means the seal must be intact. For all other items; they must be present in the original packaging and deemed to be fit for resale by the manager on duty). Gaming Software and Earphones that do not have their seal present cannot be exchanged.
- Items cannot be exchanged for a lower priced item.
- Defective Products: If you believe your item has a technical fault or is defective please send us an e-mail on anisuma@anisumsakenya.com. Alternatively you could visit a branch closest to you for more assistance. Below terms will apply:
- Any defective product must be brought in with the original proof of purchase (receipt).
- An initial check-up of the unit will be done at the branch to diagnose the problem.
- If your item is under warranty – the warranty procedure must be followed (in most cases this means the item will have to be booked for inspection by our technical team – this typically takes between 1-7 working days). In the event your item is deemed to be defective due to a manufacturer error we will repair or replace the item as needed (this will be communicated to you). If a repair or replacement is not practical, our team will contact you with the options applicable.
- Where the item has a technical fault and is not under warranty this will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
- Items on Sale/Promotion: Cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit unless defective/damaged.
- Data Collection:
When purchasing any item with us in store, as part of the billing process we collect your personal information such as your name, contact number and e-mail address. This information is for our system purposes only and will not be used for email or phone marketing without your consent.
