Terms & Conditions: Anisuma x Sarit Loyalty Points Promotion (10x Points on Marshall Products)

  1. Promotion Overview

The Anisuma x Sarit Loyalty Points Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Anisuma in partnership with Sarit. Under this Promotion, customers who purchase eligible Marshall audio products at the specified location during the promotional period will earn 10x Sarit Loyalty Points.

  1. Promotional Period
  • The Promotion commences on 2nd October 2026 and closes at the end of business hours on 25th December 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
  • Purchases made outside of this period will not qualify for 10x Sarit Loyalty Points.
  1. Eligibility & Location
  • Location: Offer is strictly valid only for purchases made at the Anisuma Sarit Centre Branch (Ground Floor, Sarit, Nairobi).
  • Qualifying Products: Offer applies to all official Marshall products available in-store during the Promotional Period.
  1. Loyalty Points Terms & Exclusions
  • 10x Points: Customers will earn 10 times the standard Sarit Loyalty Points rate on qualifying Marshall purchases.
  • Exclusivity: Points awarded under this Promotion are exclusive to this offer and cannot be combined or stacked with any other Sarit Loyalty promotion, including but not limited to Double Points days, festive specials, or other concurrent discounts/tier multipliers.
  1. Customer Requirements & Point Awarding
  • Phone Number Submission: Customers must submit their registered Sarit Loyalty phone number/member details at the exact time of purchase at the checkout counter.
  • No Retroactive Points: Points cannot be added or credited at a later date if details are not provided at the time of transaction. Anisuma and Sarit reserve the right to decline retroactive point claims.
  1. Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
  • No Refund Policy: Anisuma operates under a strict No Refund policy. Cash, credit card, or digital refunds will not be issued once a transaction is completed.
  • Product Exchanges: Should a customer wish to exchange an item, exchanges will be processed strictly in accordance with Anisuma’s standard Terms & Conditions available at https://anisumakenya.co.ke/terms-and-conditions/.
  • Impact of Exchanges on Loyalty Points: If an eligible Marshall product is exchanged for a non-Marshall item, the 10x Sarit Loyalty Points offer will no longer apply, and the points earned will be adjusted or recalculated based on standard loyalty rates for the non-Marshall item.
  1. General Conditions
  • Loyalty points are subject to the standard Sarit Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.
  • Anisuma and Sarit reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or fraud.
